The Phantom Doll Pokémon

             Changes the move Substitute to

             alter Phantitute's appearance and stats 

 

Phantitute attempts to be friend to children                   who are typically poverty stricken. It will posess a        doll that belongs to the child and stay by it's side always. However, it will also be fiercley protective of it's friend. If it thinks anything is a threat, it will attack full force, sometimes ripping the doll to threads in the process. Mysteriously, it seems able to return the doll to pristene condition after it calms down.
