Evolves from Eevee 

 

An often calm Pokémon that spends most of its days watching clouds. When it finds a specific cloud it likes, it chases it non-stop. They're found high in the sky, often out of sight. They seem to have trouble focusing. Guess we could say they have their heads in the cloud.

 

Eevee evolves into Typheon in a specific location in the Kuria region. But we shall leave you to find out where exactly!
