It's time for Mega Celebi to shine. The time-related powers of this

green o̶n̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶f̶a̶i̶r̶y̶ time traveler have never been this dangerous, as Mega Celebi learns to control time due to it's newfound connections to a certain timely Pokémon. While the time control abilities of Mega Celebi are still limited in comparison, it can use them in battle to think strategically.

Mega Celebi's Special Attack and Defense are increased quite a bit, but
the real difference is the increased Speed. Mega Celebi's speed allows it
to take advantage of a rather wide variety of moves rather quickly. With its
newfound Speed, the battle will be over in no time.
